ABOUT ME

I am a licensed clinical social worker based in Eagle County, Colorado, where I provide mental health support through my private practice. My journey into this field was driven by both personal experience and a passion for helping others navigate life’s complexities.

My education includes a Master of Social Work with a clinical focus from the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Social Policy & Practice. I also hold an undergraduate degree and an MBA from Villanova University. Before transitioning to mental health, I spent 11 years working in finance, both in the U.S. and abroad in Edinburgh, Scotland. Ultimately, I realized I needed a career that aligned with my values and allowed me to be more present for my family, which led me to pursue my true calling as a therapist.

I grew up on the East Coast, primarily in Vermont, and moved nine times before seventh grade. As the youngest of three siblings and the only girl, my two older brothers prepared me well for life as a “boy mom.” Our childhood was marked by the challenges of living with a father who struggled with sobriety and passed away suddenly when I was 16. These experiences shaped my understanding of conflicted grief, anxiety, and the complexities of addiction. My mother’s openness about our family’s struggles, including addiction and genetic predisposition, profoundly influenced my perspective on resilience and healing.

Today, I prioritize my family as much as my practice. As a mother of three boys, I understand the unique challenges of balancing a career with the joys and chaos of parenthood and marriage. Whenever possible, you’ll find me on the sidelines at my sons’ games, cherishing these moments.

Through my work, I aim to provide compassionate, personalized support to individuals, couples, and families, helping them find clarity and strength in life’s most challenging times.
